Returns & Refunds
The my store Purity Protection Policy ensures that you only receive supplements in their perfect, intended condition, safeguarding the potency and safety you expect from Canadian health products.
Tamper-Evident Seal Guarantee:
The safety of our consumables is non-negotiable. If the tamper-evident seal on your product appears broken, damaged, or compromised upon delivery, do not consume the product. Take photos and notify us within 48 hours. We will send a brand-new replacement immediately and initiate a damage claim with the courier.
Taste Acceptance Clause (Single Serving):
We acknowledge that taste is subjective. If, after one single serving of a powdered or liquid product, you find the flavor genuinely unpalatable, you can return the container within 14 days. We will issue a store credit for the product’s value, minus a small handling fee. This applies only to one container per order and is intended to mitigate the risk of trying a new flavor profile.
Unopened Return Period:
We accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days for a full refund to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for securing and covering the cost of return shipping.
Subscription Item Flexibility:
For our subscription customers, we offer an added flexibility: returns of an unopened subscription item can be made within 14 days for a full refund, and we will automatically adjust your next scheduled shipment accordingly.
Items Excluded from Return:
Due to the nature of our products, any item purchased in a bundle, pack, or kit is considered a singular purchase. If only part of the bundle is returned, a prorated refund may be issued, subject to a minimum product value. Partially consumed or fully opened capsules/tablets are non-refundable for safety reasons.
Refund Communication:
We ensure clear communication throughout the refund process. You will receive three separate notifications: one upon receipt of the returned item, one upon approval of the refund, and a final notification when the funds have been successfully released.
