What is CreAhead™ ?

Leap Nutrition Cre Ahead 500g is a creatine supplement that uses pure, super micronised creatine monohydrate. Moreover, it dissolves well and mixes instantly in water or fruit juices.

What is creatine?

The body creates creatine naturally after eating protein. Afterwards, your muscles convert creatine into creatine phosphate, which is then generated into adenosine triphosphate (ATC). The body uses this for explosive exercise. Instead of eating loads of protein, you can increase your creatine  intake by using supplements. Take 5g two times daily, evenly spaced, on an empty stomach. Use this product with BCAAs for better results.

Week 1: Loading (20g/day)
Weeks 2-5: Maintenance (10g/day)
Weeks 6-8: Off (no creatine)
